Individual and family therapy for adults and children
Combining a unique blend of education, life experience, and expertise to provide client-centered care
I moved to the Tampa Bay area after my husband of 32 years retired from the US Air Force. While vacationing we fell in love with our area and have made it our forever home. I attribute a great deal of my educational opportunities and lived experiences to a rich and rewarding life as a military spouse. My academic background includes an Ed.D. from the University of West Florida in Diversity Studies, an Ed.S. in Infant and Early Childhood Special Education from The George Washington University, a MSW in Clinical Practice from Norfolk State University, and a BA with a double major in Criminology and Sociology from Saint Leo University. My practical experience within the military community includes working for the US Army in a NATO setting in Belgium as well as Fort Carson, CO. My private practice experience has been in Florida and Georgia. While living and working in Washington, DC, I acquired experience in the public and charter school system in special education. I love the opportunities Tampa brings and the fact this is our forever home. I look forward to joining you in your life journey.
